As a successful medium-sized company, schlaeger knows how valuable each and every employee is to the company. Our team has grown continuously and organically, and now has 385 members. Together they represent the entire process chain – from product and process development to production, logistics and commercial management.

With an average age of 38.5 years old, we are a very young team. In fact, the average age of our skilled workers and technicians is just 35.
