§ 7 Google Web Fonts

This page uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google's servers. This enables Google to know that your IP address has been used to access our website. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online services. This constitutes a legitimate interest according to of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.

§ 8 Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze your usage of the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within Members of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases and only based on your agreement will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA where it will be shortened. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.

The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and Google from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

If the data collected about you is related to a person, this is excluded immediately and the personal data is deleted immediately.

We use Google Analytics to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained allow us to improve our services and make them more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DS-GVO.

Your user data, namely a Google session ID, by which you can be clearly identified, as well as your surfing and clicking behaviour on our homepage, is first passed on to Google Ireland Ltd. from where the data is transferred to Google LLC in the USA.

There is no longer an international agreement between the USA and the European Union that guarantees an adequate level of data protection. Nor has the EU determined that an adequate level of data protection would exist in the USA. It is therefore not comprehensible how your data is handled; in particular, it is not comprehensible whether the data is passed on to third parties in America, nor is it comprehensible whether the data leaves America for a third country.

Against this background, we only use Google Analytics if you explicitly agree to it.
